Her fresh, enthusiastic approach helps to free bodies and minds through combined use of exercise, movement, breathing and meditation. Sarah’s main objective is to maintain and improve the health of her clients, while helping the individual to achieve a full and flexible life.
Dru Yoga prioritises your spinal health and overall wellbeing, and can help with spiritual, physical and emotional issues. It keeps the body in a state of flexibility and balance, as well as acting as a preventative measure for future injury. Dru Yoga also includes relaxation and meditation to help calm the spirit, reduce stress and tension and alleviate worry.
One of the most significant elements of Dru Yoga is Energy Block Release Sequences (EBR). The release of energy blockages has a powerful effect in relieving physical pain and discomfort, easing joints including necks, shoulders, backs and hips, and reducing stress. Through Yoga and EBR, Sarah can help her clients to experience a Zen-like calm and a marked improvement in their personal wellbeing.
Dru Yoga classes are available to people of all ages and levels throughout Leeds, and are held in groups of 10-12. This method of yoga is like a gentle cross between traditional yoga and tai chi.
